STATEMENT/
I am interested in the filmic and digital reformulations that can be extracted from the figure of the flaneur. The observation of flows and patterns of movement in the city and the endless diversity of the human landscape with its lost gazes and gestures.
Another aspect I work on is literality. The translation that a literal gesture can cause between different artistic disciplines. In recent years, I’ve been deeply involved in contemporary audiovisual teaching, trying to build bridges between experimental film and audiovisual work derived from contemporary art.
I like to walk, read, and always have coffee at the same time.
