This is the case of Vallecas, a working-class, humble, and socially engaged neighborhood located on the outskirts of Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, Vallecas has become a point of interest for developers, construction firms, real estate institutions, businesses, and shops aimed at wealthier segments of the population.
